Customer Reviews of our Pet Food & Service

As you'll know by now, we always love to receive emails and photos from our satisfied customers. The message from Ray Hooton was an especially nice one since he not only went out of his way to thank us, but also to thank his local stockist for their great service too. Ray writes: "I am enclosing a pic of Digby for you to see how he is getting on. I went to Kary Gray feeds in Annesley Woodhouse for his Arden Grange Premium food yesterday. I showed Digby (who came with me) to the lady serving; he is 28.5kg of solid muscle. She said to the young assistant 'That is what a Labrador fed on ARDEN GRANGE looks like, shiny coat and wonderful temperament.' I was so proud! I really can’t praise Arden Grange enough, and your dealer in Annesley Woodhouse. Graham and his lovely wife Karen are the icing on the cake. Brilliant service and price."

Thanks for your testimonial Suzi. We're sure you'll all agree that Tally looks beautiful! Suzi says: "I use Arden Grange Prestige to feed my English springer spaniel, Tally and I am so impressed with the results - I may be biased but I've not seen another dog like her in such amazing condition. She has a silky, shiny coat and is in excellent health. Arden Grange is a fine quality food and one of my main attractions is that you're a local to me in Sussex and it's important to me to support local business."

A very big thank you to Martin Maguire for sending us this great feedback. Martin writes: "It is not often, in my experience, that customers contact companies other than to complain, however let me buck that trend in this instance. I felt compelled to share this rather positive feedback and I hope you find it useful. I have a 4 month old working cocker spaniel called Walt and I have been feeding him your Puppy Junior since he was 10 weeks. He is thoroughly thriving in every respect and feeding time (although rather quick) is a joy to behold. My vet has remarked upon each routine visit on his general condition in terms of excellent growth / development and a perfect glossy coat!! I have also done the "poo watching" bit and everything in that respect is as ideal as you would want. Grooming time has become much easier since I started to use Crunchy Bites , which he adores, so apart from a pigs ear once a week he is almost 100% reared on your feeds. It is of huge comfort to us as owners that the nutritional aspect of my highly valued pet's development is looked after so to that end let me express my gratitude to your companies' diligence in producing such a complete high quality feed stuff from all natural products with no research impact on animals." Emails like this one from Martin make our jobs here at Arden Grange even more worthwhile. We are absolutely thrilled that Walt's doing so well, and we adore the photo. Thank you Martin.

A big thank you to Beth Cole for taking the time to send us some very positive feedback and a super photo of Bailey and Oskar. Beth says: "Just an email to say thanks so much for sending me a couple of samples for my puppy and adult dog a few weeks ago. They loved the samples! So much so that Bailey is now fed the Arden Grange Adult Chicken & Rice food now, and Oskar is being transferred onto the Puppy Junior food... They love it! Bailey is looking fab on it and Oskar cant get enough! So thanks, I am so happy they are on such a quality food and feel like I am giving them the best!"

Gollie is another happy customer. Her owner Charlotte sent us this gorgoeus photo. Gollie had suffered from digestive problems as a result of a nasty bug, but she's now fully recovered and looking absolutely stunning. Gollie is fed on Arden Grange Adult Lamb & Rice. Charlotte says: " Well Goll's has been on Arden Grange for nearly a month now and is doing really well, actually almost too well.... she is full of energy and life and now never sits still, I really do think she could advertise Duracell batteries !!!! I can't thank you guys enough for all of your help and advice, without which I would still be pulling my hair out! I can't recommend Arden Grange enough!"

Thanks to Keely for this lovely photo of her Greyhound, Belle - who as you can see is thriving beautifully on Arden Grange Lamb & Rice despite her ongoing treatment for an underactive thyroid. Keely, who volunteers at a local retired racing greyhound rescue kennels, says: "I switched Belle from another brand to Arden Grange last September, and the Arden Grange is much more suited to her. Belle's coat is shiny, her teeth are better and she has stayed at a constant weight since the switch. I'm really happy with the quality of the food." We appreciate the feedback Keely, and are delighted to hear that Belle is doing so well.

Louise has a 6yr old westie called Sam. Periodically in November and May his skin would flare up and he also suffered from ear and anal gland problems. Louise preferred to control the condition with diet to avoid steroid treatment but unfortunately there was still room for improvement. Louise decided to change to Arden Grange Mini Adult Lamb, and is now on her 6th bag - wanting to give the new diet a fair trial and ensure sufficient time to monitor the skin problems. She is delighted to report that Sam has improved. He had a lot of dark skin pigment which since feeding the Arden Grange has returned to its normal ‘pinkish colour’. His nose and eyeliner has become darker, his eyes are bright and clear, his ears are infection free. Visits to the vet have been a regular part of Sam's life, but since feeding the Arden Grange Mini, his overall health and appearance has improved tremendously. Louise reports that he’s a happier dog; his weight has stabilised and his muscle tone is good – he is now looking a lot stronger and healthier. Sam was previously a little fussy, but Louise says that the small kibble size of the Arden Grange is ideal and that Sam finds this food very palatable and is happy to eat it dry. As a stockist of Arden Grange she is now recommending the range to her customers. Louise's shop is at: 4 Bath Lane, Hixon, Stafford, ST18 0FG. Contact: 01889 271511

"Here's our little fellow, Blade. I have attached a photo from his holidays last year, however was not sure if you'd rather have a picture of him with his food! (His first love! ha ha)... He enjoys your Lamb & Rice dry food for breakfast, and then he has it again on an evening, but also has either the Chicken & Rice or Lamb & Rice Partners canned food mixed in, which is his absolute favourite meal of the day!"

"In the January 2010 issue of Dogs Monthly (page 85) there was a competition for three readers to win a supply of Arden Grange Adult Lamb and Rice dog food 6 x 15kg bags. I was delighted to have been one of the lucky three! I am the owner of Lily a Bichon Frise, she came to me when she was 13 weeks old, having been rescued and placed in foster care at 10 weeks of age. Sadly she'd already suffered from having her left hind leg broken then just left to heal itself. She was left with a straight leg that was more of a hindrance than a help with her mobility. The vet advised that her mobility would be improved if the leg were amputated. We waited until she was four months old, then she underwent amputation. She embraces life and just 'gets on' with it. I love her to bits because of her mischievous fun loving attitude. She races round and most people don't even notice she's a little wonky tripod! The vet said the most important factor for her mobility is to keep her weight down. So I am always very careful to make sure she doesn't stuff her face with high fat food! Which she would quite happily do! When I won the competition I contacted the wonderful Jennifer Chambers (the Marketing Manager) and asked her if it would be possible for me to have the Arden Grange "Light" food. She has been wonderfully accommodating. The nutrition advisor Ness Bird has been extremely helpful too. Lily is now happily tucking in to her Arden Grange light food. The company has been so helpful I wanted to give them a thumbs up and say how delighted I was to win."

This lovely photo was sent to us by June Bater. Nettels is 2 years old and is fed Arden Grange Adult Lamb & Rice. Owner June says: "I would just like to say that your food is brillant!" Nettels had problems with her weight, teeth and coat, but as you can see she is now in excellent health. June thinks that the diet has had an important part to play in getting her into such super condition.

We received some gorgeous photos of Millie and Brock from their owner Caroline. Unfortunately we can only upload small images, so you probably won't see the wording on the dogs' bandanas, but they are showing their support for World Animal Day which is held on 4th October every year. This special event aims:- to celebrate animal life in all its forms, to celebrate humankind’s relationship with the animal kingdom, to acknowledge the diverse roles that animals play in our lives – from being our companions, supporting and helping us, to bringing a sense of wonder into our lives, and to acknowledge and be thankful for the way in which animals enrich our lives. You can find out more here: www.worldanimalday.org.uk Both Millie & Brock are fed on Arden Grange, and Caroline says: "It's the perfect fuel for Brock who competes regularly in agility."

We were delighted to receive this lovely email from Bob and Joy Lucas: "We have been singing the praises of Arden Grange since we began feeding Storm and Charlie on Arden Grange some eight years ago. We were fully convinced after just a few months of changing from a well known brand available in the supermarkets to Arden Grange that this was a good decision. Several months later when we took the lads for their inoculation boosters, our vet commented on the excellent overall condition of their coats and skin followed by the question, 'What do you feed them on?' We told him Arden Grange and his immediate response was, 'Good choice.' Thank you Arden Grange for a superb range of products and for being in no small way responsible for so many happy, healthy dogs out there." Bob and Joy run two Canine Obedience Training Schools and recommend Arden Grange to their students. Storm's photo can also be found on the home page of their website at www.3countiesdogtraining.co.uk. Thanks Bob and Joy for your kind comments and for all the recommendations - we really appreciate it!

Meet Mick! He was a London stray for two years, and when he finally found a kind and loving home, was prone to bouts of stress-borne cystitis. We are pleased to hear that Mick's been thriving on his Arden Grange. His owner Lou sent a lovely email and wrote: "Everyone who sees him - including the cat sitter at Christmas said what amazing condition he is in. He is much more relaxed and it could have been that two years on the streets of London took a toll on him so it has taken a long while for him to settle in. We have found that leaving the cat flat open 24hrs suits him but his mates have decided that a sleep-over at Mick's is a good night in... The guests are being discouraged from these sleep-overs and they certainly would be trounced if they tried to eat Mick's food!" In the photo, Mick is sunning himself in the garden... He's covered in chive seeds, but doesn't seem too bothered! Thanks to Lou for her correspondence and photos and for making us smile with tales of Mick's antics.

Anyway so far he is doing really well on the Arden Grange Salmon and Rice.....he has gained weight....29kg... from coming in at 23kg.......we have also had him castrated now. We had this lovely testimonial from Chico and Rosie's owner and had to share it! Unfortunately we are only able to publish one small image due to size restrictions (large images would slow down the site and make ordering online a lengthier process). We loved them all though, thank you to their mum. "Chico and Rosie are quite sober little cats - we rescued them 11 years ago from a Cats Protection refuge where they had spent 15 months, and although they're thoroughly domesticated and trust us - up to a point - it's not easy to get close enough for really sharp photos. The two photos on beds are really just to make you laugh but they demonstrate two characteristics: their absurd liking for clean washing, and their tendency to lie in a tangled heap so that we can't work out whose feet belong to which cat! Chico is the one with a small black beard and a black circle on each shoulder. Like all cats they enjoy sitting on rugs and radiators (and on clean washing when they can find it) for most of the day but as I said they seem to have a new lease of life since we moved from Glasgow to the Scottish Borders and then put them on their new diet. Chico spent his last few months in Glasgow ruining the carpets by throwing up several times a day (trying to stop the sale perhaps) and when he continued this trying habit on the wooden floors in our new home; but virtually as soon as we put him on to Arden Grange Sensitive food he stopped and now he and his mother look younger and fitter than they have for years (and we no longer have to watch where we're treading...) The other thing that pleases us is knowing that while our cats have benefited from Arden Grange's high nutritional standards that has not been at the expense of other animals, given your equally high ethical standards."

Holly's owner Leanne sent us a lovely email and some photos showing how well she has been doing on her Arden Grange Light food. Holly suffers from epilepsy, ear infections and skin problems, but her symptoms are much less severe following her diet change. We are so pleased to hear this. "Holly's blood test results came back on Tuesday. The Epilease tablet is now in the correct range, which is great. Hopefully now she will be more stable. Holly is still loving Arden grange food. Her belly is no longer black, it is a lovely pale pink. Since changing her main food and treats her ears have been free from being red, sore and irritable. Holly's coat is softer and non greasy. Thanks once again for all your help. Leanne and Holly" (For more information on Nutrition & Epilepsy and Adverse Food Reactions, please request our free fact sheets).

"I was prompted to send you this note by a number of people who have asked what we feed our dogs, particularly Kira. As you can see from the attached, she has a coat to die for, she would make a good double for a seal! They are both good ambassadors for AG, Kira is on Puppy Junior Large Breed and Bazzy on the Sensitive following all your help and advice. Bazzy’s weight is very stable, he also has Missing Link and a little salmon oil supplement, the engine is working well as he has gone through the stakes in Working Trials, having achieved CDEx, UDEx and WDEx in a little over a year, we are just about to start on TD, so fingers crossed. Thanks to Arden Grange for all your help." We appreciate Les's kind words and would like to take this opportunity to wish him and the dogs every success in their future competitions.

"Hi there, I thought you would like to see some living proof of how good your food is. Almost five years ago we adopted a 11 month old Doberman, who was over-weight with poor muscle tone and no lustre to his coat. He had digestive problems that we went back and forth to the vet with, but to no avail. Six months later we adopted a German Shepherd, whose coat was so dull and lifeless she didn't look well. Attached is a photograph of them now and you can see how well they both look and how wonderful their coats are - no problems with their digestion these days, things have really changed for the better since we switched them over to Arden Grange. Our two sons also have dogs - one an Alaskan Malamute and the other a Boxer, and they are both fed on Arden Grange. Now we have a Lurcher puppy and guess what...we feed her Arden Grange too! One photo shows them on a walk in our local woods and the other sitting on what was our patio table, but is now a dog station for relaxing in the sun or being groomed. Hope you enjoy the photos!" A big thank you to Gaynor for her lovely testimonial and the super photos.

“I have been feeding My GSD, Boz for sometime now on Arden Grange Salmon & Rice following extensive dietary trials for his skin condition. He had previously suffered hair loss and flaky skin patches to his whole body for sometime. With several visits to the vets for antibiotics and steroids under his belt we changed his diet to Arden Grange due to it having no artificial additives. Now Boz is a picture of good health, his coat is shiny and the flakiness is at a minimum. The hair loss is slowly being regained. Boz loves the food and “wolf’s” it down twice a day. Thank you Arden Grange” Keith Miller October 2009 (Seen in the photo are Boz and his sister Sheba looking wonderfully fit and happy)

"We thought we would write to you before mum gets onto the computer and say thank you so much for the sample food that you sent to us. This morning we had the Salmon & Rice and tonight we are having the Chicken & Rice. We like your food very much and are going to send mum out to get more. I'm Cookie the tortoiseshell cat, and the black and white one is Coco -Coco only has three little paws but she manages to keep up with me and chases me all round the garden. I like to wash her but sometimes she smacks me round the ear with her paw when she has had enough." Cookie & Coco belonging to Gay Greengrass. "Chester is a black and white Springer x Lab and is now two and a half. I contacted you back in May 2008 shortly after he was diagnosed with Meningoencephalomyelitis (MUA) as I was advised by the specialist to review his diet. I am so pleased to see you have a testiomonial page now as I would really like to add my thanks to you for your help in finding a food to keep him looking so good and help him to feel full even though he was on high dose steroids, chemo injections and quite poorly. Thank you for taking the time to provide advice and guidance at what was a very difficult and worrying time, it is so nice to find a company and a product that really cares about its customers and their animals." "I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Arden Grange. I have changed my dog Henry to your Sensitive food. This, together with the Salmon Crunchy Bites, seems to have done the trick and I can see the difference in his condition. Furthermore, he loves the food and the treats and there is always a clean bowl. The Crunchy Bites have been really useful with his training. Thank you so much for all your help and for making such a great product! Best wishes, Claire Saunders and Henry (cocker spaniel)" Thanks to Claire for taking the time to send us such lovely feedback. Renee O'Shaughnessy sent us this gorgeous photo of Dinky and took the time to write a super testimonial about the Arden Grange Salmon & Rice. Thanks to Renee, and we hope Dinky enjoys the Salmon treats we are sending to say thanks for taking the time to send such nice positive feedback. "I just wanted to tell you how great your dog food is! I have a 5 year old Maltese - Dinky - seen here in the photo. I visited my local Petworld here in Galway, Ireland and told them I was looking for a fish based food rather than meat based. They recommended Arden Grange Salmon & Rice (the girl used it herself on her own dog). I honestly havn't looked back since. Dinky has been on it for about 9 months. Thank you so much! It's also not too big to chew for a little dog. A very happy customer, Renee O'Shaughnessy."

Meet Ivan... He is one year old. He had previously been used to a raw food diet including chicken wings and eggs, but in the recent hot spell, flies (and maggots) become a worrying concern. Ferrets don't always eat all of the food they are given at the time (they like to store it away) and because they don't have fridges in their hutches, having raw meat around which isn't fresh means a greatly increased risk of bacterial infection! The Arden Grange Kitten food is not manufactured specifically for ferrets, but it is a high protein chicken based feed which suits Ivan's nutritional needs very well. The small kibble is great for his little (but very sharp) teeth, and means he is more inclined to eat it when given, rather than transport every little piece from bowl to bed! Most importantly, he enjoys it very much. Arden Grange Kitten food has been given maximum score (10 points) by the Maryland Ferret Protection & Welfare Society. This is a US group, but the website has visitors from all over the world including the UK. www.mdferretpaws.org

"Your products are wonderful, please keep going on in this way! We would like to give you our testimonial. Amaryllis, our Skye terrier bitch started having diarrhoea and vomiting problems in November 2008. Other foods improved the situation, but the problem would recur every 10 days... We found your range of products (with no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives) and met the nutrition adviser at Crufts (we have a trade stand there - www.artperitas.com). She suggested for us fish and potato, and we bought five fifteen kilo bags of the Arden Grange Sensitive. Finally, since March, Amaryllis stopped having digestive problems and she eats with such pleasure! Many thanks." We are so glad to hear that Amaryllis is now healthy and happy after many months of problems, and thank Marie-Noelle and Eskandar for their kind words. Arden Grange is available in France, and throughout Europe, as well as many other countries internationally. Please click on the "Where to Buy" menu and select International Stockists for details.

Indie is a young cocker spaniel puppy who we have been helping via the nutrition advice service. Indie's owner Lisa contacted us initially because she was worried about her pup's sporadic bouts of diarrhoea. We were unsure as to whether this was as a result of Indie scavenging whilst out or an intolerance to one or more ingredients in the current diet. Both Indie's vet and some of Lisa's friends suggested a change to Arden Grange. The Arden Grange Adult Chicken & Rice was recommended, and we think that the symptoms did arise because of dietary intolerance to the old food, since Indie still sneaks in a few extras whilst out and about on her walks, but her digestion is now fine. We are so happy to learn that Indie is now enjoying excellent health, and Lisa says: "I am an Arden Grange fan through and through, and tell everyone about it, and all the help you gave me."

Pip is a gorgeous Jack Russell Terrier who we have been helping via our online nutrition advice service. Pip's main problem was loose stools. She was also eating a lot of grass, and her vet suspected that the symptoms may have been as a result of a food allergy to one or more ingredients in the previous diet. The Arden Grange Sensitive was recommended, and we are now delighted to hear that Pip is very much better! Her owner Ali says: "So, all in all, got a good result here. Her stools are firm and easy to pick up and she's full of energy. I've recommended your food to another lady who has a colitis-prone JRT and she's got some samples to try, so am spreading the good word!" Thank you to Ali for the lovely image, and for recommending Arden Grange!

You may have read Harley's previous testimonial. His owner, Diane Dryer contacted Arden Grange initially for some help with his diet. A recent diagnosis of hip dysplasia meant that it was important for him to lose some weight. Harley is continuing to make excellent progress, and Diane says: "He will probably lose a little more in next few months, but obviously the bulk has gone, and his coat is so shiny. He really is getting in great condition, and I'm keeping him on the Arden Grange Light as it seems to suit him so well. I have several more people from the Cavalier forum who have changed to Arden Grange because of seeing how well Harley has done, and there is nothing like a personal testimonial to inspire confidence in a product." We are so pleased to hear that Harley now has a waistline! Fabulous work Diane and Harley!

We were very grateful to Tara Branch for supplying us with some gorgeous photos of her 3 dogs (who can be seen on the testimonials published previously). So impressed were we with the images, that we asked Tara if she had any cat photographs, as we are currently sourcing some for our new brochure. It was then that we heard the story of Marmalade. Marmalade was rescued by Tara after his owner emigrated to Mexico and left him. He was six years old when he found his kind and loving new home, and settled in very quickly. He soon became a much loved member of the family and was popular with all the humans, dogs and other animals in the household. Sadly Marmalade disappeared last autumn. He was found on Remembrance Sunday but had sadly passed away. A post mortem showed that he had no food in even his intestine and was dehydrated, clearly having been locked in somewhere for the week. On his release his body had been too weak to make it those last few feet home. Naturally, Tara and her family were all devastated. Marmalade was 18 years old but had previously been as fit and healthy as a kitten. "He was loved so so much it would be great to see him on your website." Tara. Here he is... Marmalade will never be forgotten, and the happy memories he provided over the years will stay with his loving family for ever.

"Harvey is our 7 week old German Shepherd puppy who we have been hand rearing since 4 weeks. He was put onto Arden Grange by recommendation from our local pet shop Pet Pleasures in Stone, Staffordshire, after having an upset tummy with most other foods we tried. He has improved 100% and loves the food and will stay on Arden Grange because of this, and amongst other reasons, the joint care it provides for his growing bones." Tara Branch. We love this photo of Harvey investigating the tortoise!

"Mac was put onto Arden Grange after trying every other dog food we could find over the last 6 years, most of which he wouldn’t eat, others put too much weight on him. We have not had to mix anything into the food to get him to eat it, where as we usually have to mix in a teaspoon of dog or cat meat or at extreme times pate, just to make him eat, which upsets the balance of the foods we are trying to give him. He only has the right side of his hip remaining and has to have an operation on his knees soon so we needed a food that would keep his weight stable and provide as much care for his joints as possible and Arden Grange meets those needs." Tara Branch. We would like to thank Tara for sharing her wonderful photos. You can see Mac here having fun with Harvey the German Shepherd puppy.

"After seeking advice from Mic Martin from the television series Dog Borstal, we started to feed our 1 year Golden Retriever Arden Grange dry food. We had been experiencing some dominance issues with him and I felt we could not trust him off the lead on walks when other dogs were around. Mic advised us that part of the problem was most likely dietary and after doing lots of research on pet food, I was shocked to learn what actually goes into lots of other cheaper brand pet foods. We decided to go with Arden Grange and although more expensive it's taken just over a month to begin to see some dramatic changes in Finlay's behaviour. He approaches other dogs in a calmer manner, is quieter at night and much more how you would expect a Golden Retriever to be like and as I haven't changed anything else, I can only put it down to a dietary change to Arden Grange." Nicola Passmore. We would like to thank Nicola for her testimonial and for the lovely photo of Charlie and Finlay. We hope that the training continues to go well, and that the dogs enjoy their Arden Grange for many years to come. (VB 06/05/09)

Their mum Yasmin is a trainee dog behaviourist with the ADTB and she is currently undertaking a degree in Canine Behaviour. Yasmin also runs her own internet forum for dog lovers at http://www.ourdogworld.forumotion.com/forum.htm. We recently helped Yasmin via our online nutrition advice service as Troy was having difficulties holding weight. As you can see, he now is in excellent health. Maggie and Dennis are also fed on Arden Grange, and Yasmin recomends the food to her forum members and friends/family alike as she has been so happy with the results. Harley is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, aged 3, who has unfortunately been diagnosed with hip dysplasia. He needed to have surgery on his hip joints, but the vet was reluctant to anaesthetise him because his weight had crept up, meaning that the risks were greater. Owner Diane Dryer contacted us to discuss the Arden Grange Light recipe and to help with his diet. In the space of 6 weeks, Harley lost a kilo thanks to the Light recipe, our diet hints and tips fact sheets and his owner's good care and patience. He has now been booked in for his hip replacement operation with an orthopaedic specialist and his vet is much happier! Diane says: "He still is and will always be on Arden Grange from now on. Thanks for the help!" We at Arden Grange hope that Harley's surgery is a success and wish him a good recovery.

1st April 2009 "My collie-cross, Badger, is very happy and healthy on Arden Grange Sensitive now, after having a difficult time finding a suitable food as a puppy. Even before I was an Arden Grange customer, Ness helped me to choose the right bland foods that wouldn't upset him. She then gave me invaluable advice on how to get Badger back onto a complete food, and free samples of the Arden Grange Sensitive to try. He's fabulous now - he no longer gets stomach upsets, his coat is silky and shiny and he's full of energy! He's only 8 months old but is already excelling at dog-school. Feedback from Kate Edwards and Badger the Collie Cross

We have been feeding Arden Grange for about 8 years now. We are very happy with the product range and it suits all our dogs who seem to thrive on it. We recently imported two Vallhunds from Sweden and we were able to put them straight on to Arden Grange with no upset stomachs or any loss of condition. In fact one of them has already won her first CC. At the moment we have 5 Swedish Vallhunds and 1 GSD who are all exclusively fed on Arden Grange. We have reared our last three litters on your products and we think the results speak for themselves. Candace has been the home of 5 Swedish Vallhund Champions. We owned the Top Swedish Vallhund of 2000, Ch Rodillia Zuma at Candace, George, who also gained a group placing at South Wales Championship Show in 2000. His son, Ch Candace Hermes, Sidney was Top Swedish Vallhund in 2007 ending the year with 8 CCs, Group 3 at WELKS 2007 and is currently Top Vallhund 2008 having won 3 CCs and 3 BOBs so far this year, with Group 4 at SKC in May 2008. Our oldest Vallhund passed away earlier this year but she, too, was fed on Arden Grange and had 6 CCs to her name, winning her last CC at Crufts 2007 at the age of 13 years old! We also won the Bitch CC at Crufts in 2006 with our Ch Castleavery Storm Dancer with Candace, Biba. We currently have a litter who are being reared on your puppy food and are shortly to set off to their new homes. One is staying here at Candace and one is going overseas to Sweden. We always recommend Arden Grange to our puppy buyers and other dog owners

Dear Arden Grange, we are first time dog owners who have the occasional question and Ness from Arden Grange has been brilliant, answering quickly and in ‘plain english’. Our puppy is doing very well on Arden Grange Puppy/Junior large breed food and our vet says she has a lovely coat and is putting on weight steadily. By the way she gobbles her food up so we think she loves her food too! Many thanks, Mr & Mrs Smith.

"Last week I spoke to a young lady, who I think her name was Ness, from your Nutritionalist Department. She gave me some very sound advice regarding feeding our nine month old Labradoodle Ted, and also took the time to explain lots of things about a dogs diet. My wife and I are very grateful for this advice and we thank you for the samples that we have recieved this morning. We have already purchased treats for Ted, which he is enjoying and we intend to change his food to your adult range, which was suggested by Ness. Once again many thanks, particularly to Ness for her professionalism in dealing with the members of the public."

"...thank you for your excellent service, everything went according to plan. I have to say we are very pleased with the Arden range and how much it suits our pup and so are thankful that we didn't have to resort to anything else. We look forward to continuing to use and recommend you." Ruby Danter was adopted from Dogs Trust and I hope you will agree she has found an absolutely wonderful home.

“Can confirm we have a very happy ‘Barry’ (Maine Coon Cross) and an even happier ‘Barney’ (Bearded Collie) as he is now able to eat his food in peace. We have ordered more kitten food from you, as well as puppy food and dog treats. Thanks for providing such a fantastic food source for our animals; they are definitely thriving on it”.

“I was just writing to say thank you for such a great response from your company. I had requested some samples to feed my border collie bitch, as I thought with the original food she was being fed she didn’t have the life I expected or the coat condition.

The samples arrived promptly, sooner than I anticipated and sure as I was told my fussy eater was eating like I had never seen. As I purchased my bag of performance food I was wondering would she go "off it". Nearly ate through a bag now and the results are dramatic.

She is so full of life, the amount of competitions we do I cannot tire her and her coat is jet black and blinding white (unlike the red that the old food had made it). I just wanted to say what a great food it is and wish I had known about it before now and thoroughly recommend it.”
